I absolutely love New York Pizza! 🍕 The food is consistently delicious—perfect crust, generous toppings, and full of flavor every time. What really makes this place special, though, is the owner. They have such a warm, welcoming personality and genuinely care about their customers. You can feel the positive energy the moment you walk in, and it makes the whole experience even better. Great food, great vibes, and amazing service. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a spot that feels like more than just a pizza place!

I went to pick up an online DoorDash order. There were two guys and one girl working at that time . I asked the guy at the front counter how long it would take for my order, and he said it would only take 5 minutes. I started waiting, and 5 minutes passed, then 10 minutes. Around 15 minutes later, I asked the two guys again how long it would take. They started telling me why I was asking, and I told them that the first guy had told me it would only take 5 minutes, but it had already been 20 minutes. They started giving me attitude and telling me that they were the main chefs and that it would take 10 more minutes. Just like them, I have work too. I told them that if it was going to take 20-30 minutes, then the guys would have told me that I didn’t have to wait. He got mad and started yelling at me, telling me that he was the main chef and that he knew better than me. I asked him why he had put other guy on the counter if he didn’t know anything. I waited for 25-30 minutes and ended up canceling the order. It was such a rude and unprofessional customer service experience.
